For the past 5 years we have been attending the Halloween event at Disneyland. This is a special ticketed event that is separate from the Annual Pass that we have. While it is definitely on the pricey side, I find it to be completely worth it! Disneyland puts together an amazing Halloween experience that you can't find during their normal business hours.

Just before Christmas I took my son to Legoland for a little 2-day staycation. I wasn't going to be spending Christmas with him that year so I wanted to do something to make this holiday season still special. One of his most favorite places to go is Legoland! I thought I would up the "special" this time and add one night in their new Legoland Castle Hotel...and it was pretty spectacular!
